We provide strategic consultancy, operational advisory, and business management services to e-commerce businesses across Asia and globally.
Services
Our services are provided on the basis of a formal engagement agreement entered into between Assured Consultancy and the client.
The scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and terms of each engagement are set out in a Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
These Terms apply alongside those agreements. In case of conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not breach laws, send unauthorised promotions, attempt unauthorised access, or introduce malicious code.
You must not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the website without permission.
We may restrict or terminate access for misuse.
Intellectual Property

Fees and Payment
Fees are defined in the Service Agreement or SOW.
Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days unless otherwise agreed.
We may suspend services in the event of non-payment.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
This includes loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunity.
Total liability is limited to fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
This does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.
